interesting that it's so young in ohio, I didn't know that. but is it legal for everyone? because I know in some states, like Texas, 17 is legal but only if you're under like 21 as the older party. thus, spike would still be acting illegally.
yeah, I think it's just a better idea to wait. I sort of deprived myself of all teen AU's when I was writing the spangel of the same that I just finished, for that very reason. just helps to keep things original, even subconsciously.
