I made myself an account over there with the same user name. I added all the folks who have made posts over the last few days about their GJ accounts, but I'm sure I'm missing lots of folks. drop me a line or friend me over there. I won't be using it, it's a just-in-case, and it'll probably remain blank unless the shit hits the fan.

Big Brother? not done with us yet. team_tos, now known as kingdoms_eye, has taken it upon themselves to patrol and report porn and other eeeevil things, which may or may not actually go against LJ TOS. I hadn't heard about this yet, so I thought i'd give a heads up.

they have friended the comms that I assume they intend to target:
basiliskcafe, censoredcontent, dark_christian, diagonalley, do_me_profsnape, fanforumers, fantazy_icons, girlslash, harry_and_ron, harry_potter, harrydraco, harryhermione, hp_costuming, hp_icons, hpart, hpotterchars, lj_maintenance, lj_spotlight, news, prof_snape, ru_harrypotter, whydoesljcensor

(in other words, HP fandom and all the comms created to kick up a fuss over censorship)


it's actually fucking stupid of them to friend certain comms, because now those comms know they are watching. I hope they lock up, shut team_tos out, and blow the fuckers a big old raspberry.


I emailed the mods of the comms they friended just to make sure they were aware, but this was before the name change and when their flist was smaller, so *shrugs* let folks know if you know any of these comm mods. though I imagine they'll get the memo within the next few hours anyway.
