I don't remember if I commented on the other parts, but this is more fascinating as time goes on. I'm really picky about characterization and "acceptable" 2nd person usage and, at first, your Jensen characterization was far enough from mine that I was a little doubtful, but you've really masterfully sold me into this point of view.
I like the familiar stranger of seeing Tom, Mike, Steve, etc. through the eyes of a Jensen that doesn't know them and is inherently suspicious of them. In the wrong hands, that could've been SO FLAT and instead, you just soared with it, keeping it fresh and interesting and engrossing. Oh, I wanted to kick Mike. In the best possible way.
