well, he certainly is being cranky. I do think Liam's remark that all he thinks of is himself is off-base and heat-of-the-moment, since Spike took quite good care of him for a month and put all of his own needs aside. he's just not used to making those kinds of sacrifices, and I think it's caught up to him and he's feeling insecure.
