It was very hot but what really made it was the laughter. That was absolutely inspired shorthand for what's going on here. thank you! I love laughy-sex. I think a lot of my smut probably has people laughing in it, because I think that's the best place to come at sex from. I think it doesn't necessarily signify love or whatever, but there's definitely got to be something there. a connection, and a willingness to be silly? I think this Spike takes himself way too seriously, but Xander in any form doesn't function like that. and yes, it is shorthand for the fact that Xander is not just another of Spike's boys. <dances that her evil plans work>
