can anyone suggest me some good eps for brushing up on the behavior / speech patterns of:
Forrest (as in, the Initiative guy)
Mayor Wilkins

I know obviously Forrest is s4 and Wilkins is s3, but I don't feel like slogging through those seasons to find what I'm looking for. thanks yall!

I adore the Icon!

Not sure on Ep titles for Either, as I am at work right now, but you can also try Heroes episodes for Forrest; the characters were a bit different, but the speach patterns were basically the same, and he got more screen time on Heroes.
