...is it perverse that I enjoy Sam & Dean gen that has slashy undertones way more than I enjoy Wincest itself? there are exceptions. there are certain genres of the pairing I adore, when they're done well. namely, Dean Teaches Sam Sex Ed (Voyeurism and Threesome Included), and Fics Wherein They Realize Their Mutual Lust While Sharing a Girl, and...yes. Winsister. god help me, I love the Winsister. for some reason, Sam as a girl just makes so much SENSE to me. I fear one day, I'll have to write my own. I have lots and lots of theories on how Winchester dynamics would have been altered by having a daughter in the mix.

(ETA: I just realized all of the above means I also like my Wincest with a twist of het. weeeiiiiird. That is something I did not know about myself :P)

but yeah. give me a fic where the boys never fuck but have some sort of weird, sublimated sexual tension, where their actions are odd for siblings but not outright inappropriate, where they both are focused on one another but have no conscious recognition of lust or sexual attraction?

That totally makes sense to me! You can revel in the restraint and tension, and imagine your own scenarios for when they might finally give in if you want (scenarios in which no one screams like a banshee during orgasm or that sort of thing *dreams*).

hahahahaha, EXACTLY. I *have* been known to complain that Wincest has ruined incest kink for all of us by normalizing it. like, of COURSE we're fucking, why wouldn't we be? (but somehow without the twist-fucked mindset I'd hope would accompany that kind of attitude)

Lol, I liked the disturbing one! And the one where Dean's in denial about recognising Sam. Oh! And I liked the girl!Dean one best. It makes so much sense that Dean as a girl would be like that. And I think I like it when boy!Sam is all emo about stuff, so all the guilt about liking his sister, yeah. hi. :)

I like winsister too. I like the ones where Sam was born a girl or even dean. Deana! I think someone wrote fic where they were both girls and always had been but I didn't read it and lost the linky.

I also like the ones where they get turned into a girl for awhile. Dean being happy with his breasts and other female parts is hilarious.

I like UST sometimes and other times I want balls out hot hot sex full of sweat and other bodily emissions. Just depends on my mood.
