...parking lot...rage?

I got a better-than-perfect score on my first grade of the year \o/ better-than because I knew where the RNC was being held...apparently only an eighth of my classmates knew. whoever said Jon wasn't good for my academic standing?




alright, so my apartment complex is kind of rundown. and to highlight this, our parking lot is torn all to shit in places. good parking is at a premium.

that's why three weeks ago, I was irritated to discover a motorcycle parked in my spot. kid moved in for the school year. what was super irritating is that most of my neighbors with bikes park them in the courtyard so as not to take up the parking lot, because the parking lot is fucked. what's *more* irritating is that it's not like this is a Harley, people. it's a crotch rocket. it's tiny.

what's *MADDENING*? is that he hasn't driven it in 3 weeks. it has been sitting.in.my.spot.unused for three weeks. while I have to park at the ass end of nowhere.

and I don't know who owns the thing, because, *you know*, no one ever drives it. so I sort of pout at it every time I come home.

inconsiderate little shit. these damn kids. get em off my lawn.

Is it your assigned spot? Or just the spot you always park in? Parking sucks so much in my neighborhood that I actually had a buy a parking spot. Because I pay for this spot every month I will kill anyone who parks in it. I've even gone so far as to get peoples cars towed cause I'm just not for the bullshit.

If its your assigned spot I would leave a nice brightly colored note that states if this vehicle is not moved in 24 hours it will be moved for you. And then I would call a tow company. If its assigned by your rental office and you don't pay extra for it I would complain to the rental office that a vehicle has been abandoned in your spot for three weeks and has not moved. Tell them they need to get it towed because it obviously must not work. Then have them tow it.

If that doesn't work, keep kicking it to the ground everyday and scratch it up. And if you accidentally break off a mirror....oh well.

lol, yeah my first reaction was totally: pick it up and move it! but then he'd see your car in the spot and like, key it or something.

one great thing about undergrads is that while they're incredibly clueless in a way that makes them selfish, they're also easily intimidated. yes. i'd rec a note - polite, but firm - that explains that the custom of the building is to park crotch rockets in the courtyard, thereby letting four wheeled vehicle owners have better access to their homes.

today in class i sat next to a mouth breather who had his shit all over my space. and his breath was getting on my arm! i politely asked him to move over and he jumped to comply. lol. kids, you can't shoot em, you can't shoot em.

If it hasn't been moved in three weeks, report it to management and ask them to have it 'towed' (actually, they'll put it on a trailer, but who cares as long as it's not in your spot.)
