Sesame Street question

wasn't there some kind of Sesame Street movie where someone is hunting Big Bird and they have to hide him? what the hell was that called?

that shit was terrifying. I think they scarred me. but also kind of exciting, because I had a dubcon fetish even at a tender young age.

I don't know what reminded me of that. it's just bugging me that I can't remember.

Oh my god, you're right! They wanted to put Big Bird in the circus and so they kept running away! They hid in a loft in a barn one night and sang some song about stars. I am having childhood flashbacks to this movie now!

My biggest Big Bird memories are the movie where he went to Japan and there was a trickster character, and the one where he spent the night in a museum and helped a little baby pharoh be reunited with his parents in heaven.

My little brother cried in this movie and we had to leave the theater! He had a recurring nightmare about being fostered away from our family and being pursued by kidnappers. Nice job, Sesame Street!

Follow That Bird. I loved that movie when I was a kid andwas thrilled when they released it on dvd and put the songs on a cd.

I remember this! Is it the one where they capture him and make him sing for them? His ev0l captors paint him blue, if I recall. I also remember wondering for the first time if Snuffy was indeed a figment of BBs imagination. There was definately a scene somewhere along the way when BB is on a plane, looks out the window, and sees Snuffy disolve in weird sparkly light like Jean Luc Picard just teleported him or something. I was highly disturbed.

I was a huge fan of "BB Goes to Japan" and "BB in China" though. That Monkey King was a piss!

Someone probably answered this already, but it was "Follow That Bird." Yeah, that movie fucked me up, too. Hunting Big Bird and that weird DoDo family and him living in a freaky lil house with a birdcage...
