"a west wing president"?

you know how sometimes people say someone is "a real West-Wing president"? that is opposed to...what? I mean, aren't they *all* WW presidents, given where the Oval Office is? you never hear anyone say someone's an *East* wing president, but then I think the EW is just the mansion, so that wouldn't make any sense to me anyway.
it's one of those phrases that I've never really been able to give meaning to.

Date: 2009-01-23 01:36 pm (UTC)I stopped watching the show when the shrub was making so many bad mistakes--the show made me ache for a president who was intelligent and wanted intelligent people around him. Since the changing of the guard I'm considering going back and rewatching The West Wing. It was a spectacular show.

And now I *really* want to watch The West Wing again!
